Polk County sheriff's officials say they all were shot and killed, and that two men were found dead inside the house while two women and the infant girl were discovered outside the residence. Officials confirmed five people were found dead at the home.

Randy Horn, 54, his wife Ashley Delaney, 27, and their 15-month-old daughter were also found dead.

"This is a awful, horrific scene". The child's identity wasn't immediately released.

Authorities found one survivor, who was only identified as Ashley's mother by police. "A terrible, horrific crime", said Polk County Sheriff's Office Chief Deputy Byron Lyons told KTRK.

KHOU reported that police were not in search of a suspect. She told authorities she hid in a bedroom and wasn't hurt.

Byron Lyons, chief deputy of the sheriff's office, said emergency responders received a call for help around 10:30 a.m. local time.
