As Ubisoft takes an unusual year off from a new Assassin's Creed game they have taken the opportunity to remaster one of the original titles.

We've known to expect this particular feature for a while now. The game made a splash on its original 2012 release, and now you'll be able to play it with some shiny new graphical upgrades on March 29, 2019.

Whether or not switching from Kassandra to Alexios when starting a new game, or vice versa, will have any effect on this, we can't say.

Assassin's Creed III will be Remastered to work in 4K Ultra HD resolution on the Xbox One and PS4 X Pro (Full HD for the regular Xbox One and PS4). Given Assassin's Creed Odyssey's move to a more robust RPG style experience, it would also be likely that enemy levels will scale appropriately in the new game mode.

Connor's revolution is about to make a comeback as Ubisoft buckle up to launch Assassins Creed 3 remastered next month.

It's a pretty good deal, to be fair. However, Ubisoft failed to mention it when dating the PlayStation 4, PC, and Xbox One versions of the game last week.

As expected, Ubisoft would be making some additional changes and improvements to the textures of the game. This time, players are thrust into the midst of the American Revolutionary War. Additionally, it is seemingly scheduled to release on the same day as its counterparts on March 29.

Ubisoft reiterated the re-release of adventure action Assassin's Creed III and released on this occasion next video. Which game from the franchise would you like to see get an overhaul next?
