Horrified and disturbed by the findings, Foxx wants to aid victims who seek justice against Kelly and his team of enablers who kept Kelly unscathed by the fire which has yet to engulf him.

Savage and his wife have said they haven't heard from their daughter in about two years.

Joycelyn Savage's family has claimed she is having a sexual relationship with Kelly, and that she is being manipulated by him into cutting off contact with the outside world.

Griggs said the Fulton County district attorney's office reached out to him on Monday seeking contact information for witnesses.

Police said detectives are investigating the claims in the report.

Kelly has not commented on the latest allegations made in the series but his attorney said the allegations are false, calling this another round of stories.

According to a marriage certificate that was uncovered in the '90s, Kelly had secretly married the Detroit singer Aaliyah Haughton when she was just 15.

While no charges have now been brought in Kelly's other residence of Chicago, Cook County state attorney Kim Foxx held a press conference on Tuesday to encourage any victims to "please come forward".

There's nothing that can be done to investigate these allegations without the cooperation of both victims and witnesses.

Foxx reiterated that there are dedicated professionals who are willing to help the survivors unpack their horrific experiences and urged victims to call the prosecutor's office at 773-674-6492. The accusations against the 52-year-old were reignited after the six hour docu-series, "Surviving R. Kelly", aired on Lifetime.

"No one has ever seen any evidence of it", he said.

R. Kelly's lawyer has issued a statement blasting the Cook County State's Prosecutor for holding a press conference about the singer yesterday.

CNN.com reports, "The incident, which allegedly took place in May 2018, was reported by Timothy Savage to Henry County police".

Foxx said she has been "in contact with" people who have information related to claims in Cook County.

Timothy previously filed a police report against fellow Kelly manager James Mason, who also allegedly threatened him.
