Check out the first look of PM Narendra Modi below.

President Putin wished PM Modi success in the upcoming parliamentary elections, Russian diplomatic sources said. Omung Kumar, who has previously made Mary Kom, Sarabjit and Bhoomi, will direct the cradle-to-the-present film. The trailer launch of The Accidental Prime Minister had created quite a stir among the political circles.

Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis launched the poster of the movie in Mumbai today.

The film's tagline reads as 'Deshbhakti hi meri shakti hai.', and the film's team has been working on the project for the past 2 years. I am feeling the same kind of excitement and hunger because this is a role of a lifetime for any actor.

"Narendra Bhai is one of the tallest leaders in the world and to bring his personal qualities on screen is an incredible challenge and I want all your blessings that we can complete this incredible journey", he added. "Vivek is very hardworking and I am sure all of them will make an evergreen film".

Veteran actor Paresh Rawal was initially roped in to play the role of Modi, but the actor backed out due to unknown reasons.

We must say that Vivek Oberoi, who would be using his full name for the first time, looks nearly unrecognisable in the poster. Suresh Oberoi and Sandip Ssingh are the producers. Reportedly, the film will be shot across Gujarat, Delhi, Himachal Pradesh, and Uttarakhand, among other locations in the country, over a period of a few months.
