For weeks now, there have been conflicting reports on whether the global variant of the Nokia X7 will be called Nokia 8.1 or Nokia 7.1 Plus.

The latest software update for the Nokia 7 Plus brings software version 3.39B and is 462.8MB in size, as reported by NokiaPowerUser. On the front there is an 8MP camera to make your selfies stand out. While HMD Global is supposed to push the new software update to all the Nokia 7 Plus across the globe, it is now only being reported by some users. Nokia 8.1 will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 processor clocked at 2.2 Ghz. The chipset also provides a boost during intensive tasks like watching videos to ensure a sustainable high performance and a consistently reliable experience.
