Lovren and Liverpool were furious with Ramos for his role in Mohamed Salah's game-ending shoulder injury and the concussion suffered by goalkeeper Loris Karius. This time, "liking" a picture of Dejan Lovren crying on Instagram.
Lovren published a video on Instagram stories following Croatia's 3-2 win over Spain in the UEFA Nations League on Thursday evening.
"If you look, Ramos has many more mistakes than me", Lovren commented. "Buddy! They are a bunch of p*****s".
Lovren then pointed to the Croatia flag on his shirt and said, "Only this side is worthy. Now to beat England and walk out like a boss!" To be fair, when he's at his best he's a top centre half'.
However, if reports in the media are to be believed, there is a high probability that Sergio Ramos will leave Real Madrid in the summer transfer window.
In the past month, Lovren has reignited his row with Ramos, which began following the Champions League final in May.
Joe Gomez and Virgil van Dijk have been Jurgen Klopp's first-choice centre-back pairing, as Lovren returned from his World Cup exploits injured.
After the game, the Liverpool defender appeared to aim a post-match Instagram Live rant at Ramos, also appearing to take great delight at an image he shared on the platform which showed the immediate aftermath of him elbowing the Real Madrid skipper in the head. An excellent defender, young and has already won a lot.
"I do not know if it was deliberate but mentally something changed when Salah came off", Van Dijk added.
"With Salah they would never have dared to do that".
"The match could have been different [had Salah stayed on]".
"I hope to once again stand on that podium and be on the right side of the score", he said.
