She even threw in a #friendshipneverends for good measure.

Singer Adele has been getting in the mood for next year's Spice Girls reunion tour by posting a throwback snap of herself as a young girl surrounded by posters of the girl band on her bedroom wall.

As the Spice Girls continue to dominate headlines with news of their reunion tour, it's now emerged that fans have been singing some of their most famous lyrics wrong, for over 20 years.

Sporty, Scary, Ginger and Baby, let's give them their proper titles - spoke about their comeback on Heart Breakfast, the radio show now presented by Bunton alongside Jamie Theakston.

The Spice Girls - minus Victoria Beckham - announced the initial six United Kingdom stadium dates on Monday.

Speaking about the hard decision to go ahead with the reunion without Victoria, Mel said: 'It is tough because obviously she's a huge part of the band'.

Mel B, Melanie C, Emma Bunton and Geri Horner are all on board - with Victoria Beckham amicably stepping aside.

"We all really support each other".

Emma said: "There's no plans for Glastonbury but we should though".

Mel B said Posh would be joining the girls for their Wembley date, to which the girls laughed.

"I won't be joining my girls on stage again, but being in the Spice Girls was a hugely important part of my life and I wish my girls so much love and fun as they go back on tour", she wrote on Instagram. "And I was like, 'I LOVE YOU TOO'".

Mel C was quick to point out that she was "fibbing".

Emma agreed, saying: "We are celebrating for the women who were there when we came out - they're going to have a great time!"

Tickets for this new tour will go on sale this Saturday (Nov. 10) online.
