There will be a slight chance of rain that peaks Sunday, with more widespread showers. Reinforcing front arrives Sunday night into Monday, with Monday night being another somewhat chilly night dropping into the upper 40s for northern areas and low to mid 50s southern areas. Winds: S around 10 miles per hour.

Expect a few showers for college games this weekend. Tomorrow looks cool again with a west/northwest wind of 5-10 miles per hour, keeping highs Saturday 15 below normal in the middle 50s. Highs will reach the mid 50s, so temperatures should be in the low 50s and upper 40s during prime candy time.

THURSDAY: Mostly cloudy with a 20% chance of showers. The day ahead holds cloudy skies, light NW winds and highs either side of 60.

The models are trying to move that system out of the region fairly early on your Monday, so I think the beginning of the new work and school week will be a half and half type day. Both days remain a bit breezy too.

Sunday looks fantastic with plenty of sun and with highs in the upper 60s to near 70. For now, showers should hold off until the night, potentially lingering into Thursday. This all depends on the timing. It's still mild, with temperatures in the lower 60s again.

Have a great weekend!
