So here's what we know about the new Pixel devices. This time, we're getting a chance to see the Google Pixel Slate.

In addition to the aforementioned phones, you can also expect Google to unveil new Pixel Buds, a Pixel Slate 2-in-1 laptop, a Pixelbook 2, Chromecast 3 and maybe - just maybe - a Pixel 3 Mini.

The Pixel 3 and 3 XL are touted to be one of the worst kept secrets of the smartphone industry, with new leaks and rumours surfacing almost every week for the last few months.

We know there won't be a Pixel Watch or a third phone.

Google initially sold the Pixel 2 and its larger-sibling, Pixel 2 XL, in six countries, including the United States, Australia, Germany and India, after an unveiling in San Francisco. Now the new introductions will be the one advancing this series. The battery capacity is said to be 2,915 mAh, up from 2,700 mAh of Pixel 2. On the inside, the phones will be identical in terms of hardware and performance.

Expected today are the much leaked Pixel 3 and Pixel 3XL.

So let's jump right into what will be highlight of tonight's event - the Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL. The Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL will support wireless charging for the first time. Along with the wide-angle camera up front that we saw, there's also "super res zoom" which doesn't have a detailed description but can probably be deciphered by context clues.

Limited adoption has reflected Google's hesitancy to go as wide and big in distributing and marketing the Pixel as Apple, which launched its last two iPhone line-ups in about 50 countries.

This is going to be another smart speaker from Google which is set to launch in the upcoming event. The new Google Home Hub will come with a 7-inch screen with the speaker behind it, and it will compete directly with the newly launched Amazon Echo Show. The device should run regular Android apps, and it may feature an ARM-based mobile processor or an ultra-low power CPU from Intel. A handful of new images of the tablet have been acquired by MySmartPrice, which show the Slate with a detachable keyboard and active pen. Richard also put up an early hands-on of the device, confirming all the specification leaks about the device.

YouTube is the easiest way you can tune into the Google Pixel 3 launch and see all of the new tech announced at once.

The colors available could be the aforementioned white (Chalk) and gray (Charcoal), but there could also be a new Coral variant.
