The Google Leak of the Day comes to us via the UK Google store by way of our reader and new friend Adam W. We're only three days out and honestly, I didn't think we'd see any new hardware from Google after the landslide of leaks over the past few months. While Google (like Apple) often uses these events to reveal hardware across multiple product lines, Google typically spends more time showing off its new smartphones than any other device during the course of these fall press conferences.

Google is taking its turn on the big stage to unveil all new products on Tuesday (Oct. 9), including a new slate of Pixel 3 phones, a new smart display, and a new Chromecast, according to reports. A "Top Shot" feature shoots in burst mode then selects the best picture based on machine learning, while "Photobooth" brings Google Clips like selfie shooting. We'll likely see the Pixel Slate announced later this month as part of Google's annual October event.

The new Pixel-branded phones will anchor the event in NY. A handful of new images of the tablet have been acquired by MySmartPrice, which show the Slate with a detachable keyboard and active pen.

The Google Pixel 3 and the Pixel 3 XL will feature a dual 8MP front-facing camera.

Google's Pixel 3 event is happening tomorrow, and thanks to one of the leakiest pre-release seasons in recent memory, we have a pretty good idea about what's coming.

The front of the two phones will be drastically different from the Pixel 2, though. The "Google nocturne" model offered specifications such as an Intel Core i7-8500Y processor, 16 GB RAM, and a display resolution of 3000x2000. The Google Home Hub will support voice assistant, and it will also come with built-in support for YouTube and other Google apps. The firm is also expected to launch a new tablet computer - the Pixel Slate. Google Pixel Buds 2 The second-generation Pixel Buds have not been in the news much. The new Pixel is expected to have a similar "notch" design to the iPhone XS and a new sand colour. You know damn well there will be some stuff that's being deliberately restricted to the American market, because there always is. The screen should have a 3: 2 form factor and the stylus should be very similar to the one presented a year ago along with Pixelbook.
