Her statement comes in the light of sexual harassment allegations levelled against various Bollywood celebrities lately, including Nana Patekar, Vikas Bahl, Rajat Kapoor and Kailash Kher. However, the actor cancelled the same for reasons best known to him.

Nana Patekar spoke to media in Mumbai.

Tanushree has claimed in recent interviews that Patekar harassed her sexually in 2008 on the sets of her film "Horn OK Pleassss" and also demanded to do an intimate dance step with her.

And just last week, on being confronted by the media, he said he had answered the questions about it 10 years ago. "Will let you know about the further proceedings soon".

"The narrative of the video was edited in a way that it looks like Kumar is expressing his views on the Dutta-Patekar controversy, which he never did", said an officer to HT. Today, he said that "the truth does not change" but that he had been forbidden to speak to the media by his lawyer.

Tanushree Dutta controversy once again has shown us the darker side of the entertainment industry.

Patekar, who was shooting for upcoming film "Housefull 4" in Jodhpur, landed here Saturday. The actress has also accused choreographer Ganesh Acharya, director Rakesh Sarang and others for not only trying to cover up the incident but for also not coming out in support of her. Followed by her interviews while she received a legal notice from Patekar and other accused, Dutta is said to have lodged a complaint at Oshiwara police station to file an FIR for the incident that happened a decade ago. In 2008 too, he had held a conference to dismiss the allegations.
