She's the Mother of Dragons, she had to really, didn't she?

Emilia Clarke will forever wear her "Game of Thrones" role on her wrist.

Game of Thrones is officially done filming its final season, but Emilia Clarke is making sure her time portraying Daenerys Targaryen lives on!

So it's only fitting that with the show coming to a close in 2019, now Clarke has made her love for her fictitious dragon spawn "ink official" for all time.

Let's all just pretend this is an impromptu, great tattoo decision from Emilia, and not an emotional tribute to the end of the greatest TV show of our generation, okay?

"It's quite extraordinary what the crew and the actors created, and I think when people see it they'll understand why it took so long". The 22-year-old, who plays Sansa Stark in the series, shared a photo which of her tattoo of the Stark direwolf sigil with a quote from season seven, which read: "The pack survives". "A little kind of peace out".

Fortunately, the tattoo doesn't give too much away in terms of spoilers for how Daenerys' epic story may conclude in the eighth season of Game of Thrones, set to air in the first half of next year.
