The last time Donald Trump crossed the pond to visit Britain, he sat down with the TV host for an exclusive interview and in a tweet posted on Friday afternoon Morgan revealed the us president invited him on board Air Force One for round two.

The US President and his wife then met the Queen for afternoon tea at Windsor Castle on Friday afternoon.

Unlike with Prime Minister Theresa May earlier in the day and in previous meetings, Mr Trump did not attempt to hold the hand of his female host as they came down the stairs to inspect the troops.

The Trumps and the queen were scheduled to spend about 30 minutes getting acquainted over tea inside the castle but the visit stretched past 45 minutes.

What do you think of Trump's United Kingdom visit?

President Donald Trump and first lady Melania Trump during their arrival on Air Force One at Glasgow Prestwick Airport in Scotland, Friday, July 13, 2018. It was an honor to finally meet her. Windsor. Windsor Castle.' And it was lovely, it was really handsome but the Queen is terrific. Then they stood under a covered dais as a Coldstream Guard of Honor played the US national anthem.

The two also watched a military parade at the castle.

Under the British constitutional monarchy, the figurehead monarch is "above" politics, and the queen has been scrupulous during her 66-year reign in keeping her opinions to herself, no matter the controversies swirling around whoever is presented to her. You don't see, like, anything embarrassing.

"She is a tremendous woman". Up close, you see she's so handsome. He was highly critical of her in an interview with the Sun daily, lambasting the PM for "wrecking" Brexit talks. "We're going to get it".

"She was insane, but these are minor details". In 2012, he made a snarky comment about Kate Middleton, after photos leaked of her sunbathing nude.

"Well, first of all I was thinking about my mother", he told Morgan, when asked what was running through his mind when he was walking up to her.

Queen Elizabeth, who served with the Auxiliary Territorial Service and trained as a driver and mechanic during the Second World War, was coronated all the way back in 1953, and is the longest-serving head of state in British history.

"It seems like everybody wants me to", he said.

He also revealed that the Queen called Brexit "complex" - although the royal family famously do not express any political views or even vote. "Frankly, they should think twice about putting him and Prince Charles in the same room".

President Trump said that he doesn't see any Democratic challenger who could beat him in the 2020 presidential election.
