Blair blurred out the lovebirds' faces, but now we at least know the identity of the man involved.

Blair said she even bought Wi-Fi in order to keep people informed of the blossoming romance. "We made a joke that maybe her new seat partner would be the love of her life and well, now I present you with this thread".

If there were any skeptics still unconvinced that love was in the air (plane), Blair kept the updates coming - and they did not disappoint.

Ms Blair said she switched her seat with another woman.

On Blair's Twitter handle, where she chronicled the activities of the new lovers, the story has accrued more than half a million retweets.

He and the unidentified woman struck up a conversation, which led them to discover their shared interests. When that couple noticed that the two seemed to be hitting it off, they documented it on Twitter, in a thread that went viral.

Soon, it seemed that nearly everyone on the plane was rooting for them, with one young toddler waving at them continually.

After taking a trip to the bathroom together, the loved-up strangers were overheard discussing what they wanted out of life.

Blair watched as the two followed each other on Instagram, which is where she eventually found both of them after making it home.

The saga even continued after the pair left the plane, as Rosey and her partner rushed to see how they would leave each other.

With his permission, Rosey shared his profile with those following the story, and people immediately began to send him supportive messages. "Only time will tell, I think", Holden said. "I hope they get married and open a gym together and get to travel to breathtaking outdoorsy destinations".
