Her trial date will be set Tuesday at the Loudoun County courthouse.

And although she fought to have the case thrown out, on Monday, she was indicted by a grand jury and has been hit with one felony count of cocaine possession.

Airport authorities reportedly found cocaine in a wallet McGowan left behind at Washington Dulles International Airport while she headed to the Woman's March in January 2017.

Rose McGowan accidentally left her wallet on a United Airlines flight at Washington Dulles Airport a year ago.

She pled not guilty to the charge, claiming that she had reported the lost wallet to the airline shortly after landing.

According to a report published by The New Yorker's Ronan Farrow in November, police said a worker cleaning the plane found McGowan's wallet, and in it were two small bags of powder that later tested positive as cocaine.

Her lawyer, Jim Hundley, declined comment to media.

"It is now public knowledge that Weinstein employed underhanded tactics to "silence" his victims", she wrote. These charges would have never been brought if it weren't for her activism as a voice for women everywhere. "I assure you, this selective prosecution will be met with a strong defence". There is a warrant out for my arrest in Virginia. Falsely accusing Mr. Weinstein of committing a crime is something McGowan has in our opinion done before and people must take note of her indictment and more importantly, her cavalier habit of falsely accusing Mr. Weinstein of criminal conduct he vigorously denies.

Weinstein pleaded not guilty to the sexual assault charges.
