E3 2018 coverage at CNET: All of our E3 2018 coverage in one place. Ubisoft's press conference is just under an hour away at the time of writing, but that hasn't stopped the release date for Assassin's Creed Odyssey from squeezing out early. In the past, we've seen attempts at VR, toys to life games, and some thinly veiled stabs at potential buy outs from megacorporations.

The Ubisoft conference starts at 9pm BST.

You can catch all the announcements at Ubisoft's YouTube channel as well as its Twitch channel. Those expansions will become later after its release and will be completely free.

Skull and Bones may have been delayed to 2019, but today's E3 2018 trailer makes the wait tolerable.

Kassandra and Alexios are descendants of the first civilization bloodline, however, the developer video didn't divulge into the two's lineage further than that. So head to Uplay and claim your copy before you forget about it.

Ubisoft has unveiled Assassin's Creed Odyssey, the latest installment in the Assassin's Creed franchise. You can be either Alexios or Kassandra.

New Assassin's Creed: Odyssey screenshots were discovered by Gematsu on a German website's server, and assuming authenticity, they show quite a bit of info. A few information about its story has been revealed along with a attractive trailer showing its vast world and vibrant colors.

Recently announced by the publisher is a follow-up to 2017's Assassin's Creed Origins - called Assassin's Creed Odyssey.

Following a leak on Sunday, we now know that the game is indeed set in ancient Greece and based on the screenshots, Forbes writer Erik Kain appears to have narrowed down the exact time the game is set. In the meantime, check out both the gameplay and cinematic trailer below.
