EA's new Origin Access Premiere subscription will give instant access to the publishers newest games, similar to Microsoft's popular Game Pass service. EA's new Origin Premier subscription tier fixes that by offering gamers the latest titles as well, for a fixed monthly fee.

In the meantime, players can try out the standard Origin Access for free this weekend.

Battlefield V which immerses players in unexpected battles and untold stories of World War 2 as never seen before starting October 11, 2018 for Origin Access Premier members.

Fans of EA's games have a new way to enjoy the whole library. Origin Access Premier unlocks unprecedented levels of choice and value for players who love PC games.

Through Origin Access Premier, users will be able to enjoy full access to new Electronic Arts releases on PC before their official release dates, including Anthem, Battlefield V, Federation Internationale de Football Association 19, and Madden NFL 19. They will also get access to over 100 older games, like "Need For Speed Payback", Mad Max", and the "Batman: "Arkham" series, along with a 10% discount on Origin purchases. The publisher also announced a separate streaming service but shared no additional details.

So, how does EA Origin Access Premier (and yes, it really is that clunkily-worded, and yes, the lack of an "E" at the end of "premier" is definitely making my eye twitch a little) differ from the base version?

That's right, no more limited-time trials.
