Films and Netflix are partnering up for a 10-part docu-series that will chronicle the rise of National Basketball Association legend Michael Jordan as well as the 1990s Chicago Bulls.

"The Last Dance" is directed by Jason Hehir, whose credits also include ESPN's "The 85 Bears".

As reported by Deadline, the series will focus on Jordan's time at the Bulls and chart his meteoric rise as a global sporting icon. This 10-hour series sets out to detail Jordan's legacy with the Chicago Bulls as one of the greatest sports dynasties in history.

The 10-part series will debut in 2019. Finding out that there is just 500 unseen hours of footage out there is like finding out there's another season of Seinfeld. That year, the last one with that group together, concluded with Jordan's game-winning shot to beat the Jazz in the NBA Finals.

There are unconfirmed reports that Bugs Bunny will feature, talking about Jordan's cameo in Space Jam.

This apparently bothers Jordan, a notoriously pissy competitor who shit-talked his own teammates and was far worse to opponents.
