After stabbing the 11-year-old girl, police say Ahmad took off with her 7-year-old daughter, Hafza Hailey.
She is believed to have taken her seven-year-old daughter, Hafsa Hailey Ahmad, and authorities are anxious for her safety.
If you see the suspect or the victim, you're asked to please call 9-1-1. One of Ahmad's other children, a 9-year-old, told police that her mother "duct taped their hands, put socks in their mouths" and began to stab her older sister, Officer Jeanne MacKenzie, a Tulsa Police Department spokeswoman, said at the scene. When she was taken to a nearby hospital, the 11-year-old was in critical condition.
At some point, her two youngest daughters were able to escape their home - just as Ahmad started stabbing her eldest child repeatedly, police told the Tulsa World.
Hafza Hailey is described as black with puffy hair in a ponytail and painted gold bracelets on her wrist.
The 9-year-old girl fled to a nearby residence, where some of her extended family live, and called for help.
They might be traveling in a black 2005 Lexus RX300 *or* a 2011 Ford Escape. Police say Ahmad may be driving a blue Ford sedan.
"Ahmad is described as a 6'0" tall white woman who weighs around 190 pounds, with curly black hair that has gold streaks in it.
She added that Ahmad may be suffering from mental health or drug-related issues.
MacKenzie said there was no known history of child abuse or domestic violence.
