Donald Glover appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live on Thursday night (May 10) to speak about the analysis of his viral video, This Is America.

Speaking on Jimmy Kimmel he said: 'Some friends have sent a couple [of the pieces], but, for real, I haven't been on the Internet since [it came out]. "Yeah, just 'cause it's like I don't want to be in all the mix".

Jess Glynne is another high new entry with I'll Be There at Number 16, while after 15 weeks on chart, girl group M.O's Bad Vibe with Lotto Boyz & Mr Eazi finally earns a Top 20 slot, up two to Number 20. "I'll go into their Instagram and say, 'you're not so great.' 'That baby's not even that cute, '" he quipped'.

The video instantly became a hit, getting more than 11.6 milllion views in 24 hours on YouTube. "I'm really sensitive, so I'm like I'll just let it be".

The video features topics deeply affecting the black community in America.

But there's little rest for Glover in this business.

But Glover, who plays Lando Calrissian in the latest Star Wars move Solo: A Star Wars Story, has deliberately avoided reading any of the criticism.

Glover spoke about his role in Solo: A Star Wars Story, in which he stars alongside Alden Ehrenreich and Emilia Clarke.

They rehearsed the skit with SNL's music director, Eli Brueggemann, who also made the beat, but Glover picked it up quickly because he's "such a pro", according to Stephen. "That was it. It was like research".
