On Wednesday, the former Louisville standout was at it again before Utah's game against Portland.

An MRI on Donovan Mitchell's injured left foot came back negative late Sunday as the Jazz rookie has been cleared for Game 2 against the Thunder, reported.

The Jazz suffered a 116-108 loss in Game 1, despite Mitchell's playoff-debut double-double of 27 points and 10 rebounds, leading the team in both stats and giving them a fighting chance against a red-hot Paul George, who went off for 36 points of his own.

Donovan Mitchell has been fantastic for the Utah Jazz throughout the season and that was the case again in his National Basketball Association playoff debut.

Mitchell checked back into the game, playing 4 1/2 minutes in the fourth quarter as the Thunder salted away the win.

"I feel fine. I just stubbed my toe, nothing major", he told reporters postgame.

"I can walk. I'm good". On Tuesday, the Utah Jazz rookie's pregame attire included a hoodie with the word "Rookie" and its literal definition - set off by a playful back-and-forth with fellow first-year player Ben Simmons.

Jazz coach Quin Snyder said all signs point to Mitchell being ready for Game 2 on Wednesday.
