A single victor will take home the $533 million Mega Millions jackpot drawn less than two weeks ago, according to a New Jersey Lottery spokeswoman.

The winning ticket was sold at the Lukoil South gas station on Route 23 in Riverdale on March 30.

The winning ticket for the fourth largest jackpot in the game's history is the second highest for a single ticket, lottery officials said. "Family, friends, people in need", he said, NorthJersey.com reported.

Wahl was joined Friday by New Jersey Lottery Acting Executive Director John M. White, and Acting State Treasurer Elizabeth Maher Muoio.

That drawing was two weeks ago. He also urged anyone who might know him to give the victor "the space they deserve". The odds of winning a Mega Millions jackpot is 1 in 303 million.

Richard Wahl, who moved from MI last summer to take a job at a Hillside, New Jersey-based food service industry supplier, said he probably will stop working and use his winnings to help his family and friends. Lottery officials say it's not unusual for winners to wait even longer.

The jackpot was the biggest ever in New Jersey.

New Jersey Lottery held a news conference to announce the victor. "Everybody's going to come after him". They are also required to participate in a mandatory news conference.
