Tom Brady is all about balance when it comes to leading a football team and a family of five. Bundchen, according to Strahan, wanted him to talk to Brady about his desire to play another 10 years.

Patriots QB Tom Brady appeared on ABC's "GMA" today, with the net's Michael Strahan saying fans "get to see the real you" in Brady's "Tom vs". I have a wife that aspires to be a lot of things and she travels a lot. The immediate task, though, is shifting gears away from February's Super Bowl loss to Philadelphia and toward his 19th National Football League campaign. "Maybe I got a shot, '" Brady said. "That's part of being in a very competitive sport", he added.

"Three kids and you're just always trying to juggle and you want to be there for them and you want to be there for the hockey games and the soccer games, but you also realize the level of commitment it takes to give as much as you can to the team that needs you", he explained.

Brady talked to Gronkowski on the phone while he was riding in his vehicle after the game and told him it was a "miracle" that the Patriots won without the All-Pro pass catcher.

If you're sticking around, that means you're ready to see Brady's giant gash. I gave my best effort. "Why are we doing this?' You have to have answers for those questions and they have to be with a lot of conviction", he said. "You'll still have certain feelings and emotions toward the game, but the rawness of what happened will go away". "I love the sport, I love the competition, I love my teammates, I love working with people that I love to work with". "I'm looking down at my thumb as it's split open and I'm thinking, I don't really know what happened to my thumb but I know it doesn't feel good and I have a real hard time believing I'll be able to go out and play well against the No. 1 ranked defense in the league in four days". I think when you get out of your comfort zone, you stretch.

"These last two years have been very challenging for him in so many ways, and he tells me, 'I love it so much and I just want to go to work and feel appreciated and have fun, '" Bundchen said. "I think you can't make decisions necessarily just for yourself".

Brady will make his next stop in the Big Apple at The Late Show with Stephen Colbert on Monday night.
