But injuries robbed him of much of his 2016 season and it crushed his development.

The acquisition of Taylor, who finished with a 23-21 record in three seasons with Buffalo, would seem to change Cleveland's plans to pursue a veteran quarterback in free agency, which begins Monday when teams are permitted to contact agents.

The Bills are starting over at quarterback after agreeing to trade their three-year starter to the Cleveland Browns on Friday, according to two people with direct knowledge of the trade. Including his one playoff start, Taylor was 2-14 when attempting 30 or more passes.

The Packers sent Randall to the Browns in a rather odd approach shortly before free agency. Kizer himself retained the starting job in Cleveland for all but one game as a rookie past year, tossing a league-leading 22 interceptions and completing only 54 percent of his passes.

"Y'all better understand s- about to get SERIOUS".

Randall started 30 games in three years for the Packers, who drafted him with the No. 30 overall pick in 2015.

He was signed to a modest two-year deal, but only saw one of those two years.

Miami and Landry were on different pages as the wide receiver wanted a long-term deal, but the Dolphins were either unwilling, or unable to pay it. The Browns are expected to work out a new contract with Landry. Haley spent the past six seasons working with Ben Roethlisberger, Antonio Brown and Le'Veon Bell.

It also meant there was just no way the Browns planned on allowing Kizer to be a starter for the team again. In his Packers career, Damarious Randall accumulated ten interceptions, two touchdowns, one fumble recovery, and 124 tackles. The 25-year-old then asked to be traded.

Randall had a blowup in the Packers' Thursday night victory over the Chicago Bears in Week 4 last season, which head coach Mike McCarthy called "an internal matter". With the loss of cornerback Joe Haden prior to the 2017 season, Cleveland had a gaping hole at one of their corner spots. Eliot Wolf and Alonzo Highsmith left the Packers' front office to join John Dorsey with the Browns this offseason when Gutekunst replaced Ted Thompson.

Teams are not permitted to announce any trades until next week.
