Speaking during an appearance on United States talk show The Real last week, Mel B appeared to let slip that the Spice Girls would be performing at the royal wedding. But if the allegations that have been presented are true (via Track Record), it's probably not a good idea to have the dude anywhere near children.

However, Mel C has given further insight into their plans, saying she Victoria Beckham, Geri Horner, Emma Bunton and Melanie Brown will not tour this year. "Oh yes, there's been quite a lot of press interest there, my invite hasn't turned up yet", she said (NOOOOOOooo!). "I think the mail's been a bit held up in the snow", Mel C told E! She is now trying to prevent Belafonte from even seeing young Angel. "I think it has to be all five, so it's tricky.' In fact, it doesn't sound like the girls came up with anything to bring the 90s group back together during their meeting with their former manager Simon Fuller".

She also laughed off a suggestion they would be performing at Prince Harry's wedding to Meghan Markle in May. "We all agree that there are many exciting possibilities that will once again embrace the original essence of The Spice Girls, while reinforcing our message of female empowerment for future generations".

"It's very early stages, we're not talking about new music or going out on the road together at this time", she said.

"It was just getting together to reignite all the things that we have had together and to work with Simon".

'I've met Prince Charles lots of times. "I think the media ran with it a little bit".

Mel C denied Spice Girls' invitation to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's royal wedding.

The Spice Girls recently confirmed they had reformed, with VB sharing a picture of the nineties girl group posing together - marking their first reunion since 2012. I'm making an album which will be out later this year.

Spice Girls attendance at the royal wedding will not be surprising.

Speaking at a reception for outstanding young people hosted by the Prince's Trust, Melanie Chisholm claimed the comments on US TV show The Real were just a joke.
