The woman had to be restrained by fellow passengers onboard the United Express Flight 5449, according to CBS News. The unidentified passenger was subdued by the flight crew and was later taken to a hospital for a psychiatric evaluation by Idaho Department of Health and Welfare agents.

The unidentified first class passenger had to be restrained after lunging towards the front of a Skywest flight 5449 from San Francisco to Boise, Idaho Monday. A video was released on March 5, which captured how the woman being tackled as she ranted about being God. Video posted online purportedly shows a passenger working to tie up the woman's feet as another man holds her down in the aisle.

The United Express Embraer 175 was operated by SkyWest Airlines and had 73 passengers on board.

"She wasn't acting right or normal from the very beginning (of the flight)", passenger Scott T. Smith told the Idaho Statesmen.

Boise Airport officials contacted police after getting reports of an "unruly passenger" from the operators of the flight, airport spokesman Sean Briggs said. "Get me off this plane!" she was heard saying. At one point, feared seemed to have encompassed the woman, who got up from her seat while screaming that she wanted to die and kept begging someone to get her off the plane.

Moments before the footage was taken, the distressed woman had allegedly tried to open the cabin door while the plane was in the air.

There are no leads on why the woman tried to open the door mid-flight; however, Williams confirmed that the Federal Bureau of Investigation is also investigating the event.
