The couple's pal who was responsible for setting them up on their first date, Markus Anderson, organized the festivities that were meant to celebrate the upcoming wedding that's set for May 19 at St. George's Chapel at Windsor Castle. It is thought that the bride-to-be celebrated the special occasion at trendy Soho Farmhouse in Oxfordshire. The brunette beauty reportedly had a spa-themed bridal shower hosted by her friends last weekend.

Markle said she wants to help shine a light on female empowerment, adding that "there is no better time than (now) to really continue to shine a light on women feeling empowered and people really helping to support them". "We wish them a lifetime of happiness and are very excited for their future together". Several global media outlets which broke the news last month said it was not hard to see why Fitz-Henley was chosen to play the latest member to join the royal family, pointing out that she has a striking resemblance to the princess-to-be. Raised as a Protestant, she will convert to Church of England out of respect to the Queen.

Additionally, Markle's mother Doria Ragland, who already met Prince Harry back in August before their engagement, is expected to attend the service as well, and rumor has it she may even walk her daughter down the aisle on her big day.

While the guest list has remained under wraps, a source revealed to HELLO! that Meghan's former Suits co-stars are set to be invited to the nuptials. On top of that, she gave the Duchess of Cambridge a sweet note asking her to be her Matron of Honor when she marries Harry.
