Graco is recalling 36,000 highchairs sold exclusively at Walmart after several reports of children falling.

The baby product company Graco is recalling one of its high chairs after five children sitting in it tipped over. The highchairs can convert to six different modes and the cushion is white with gold and gray polka dots. Graco and Table2Table high chair are also printed on the label on the underside of the toddler seat.

The back legs on Graco Table2Tableā„¢ 6-in-1 highchairs with model number 196972 can pivot out of position, making it possible for the chair to tip over, the filing said.

Customers who are impacted should stop using the chair and will receive a free replacement kit and installation instructions. To remedy the problem, consumers should call Graco for a fix kit. Five children have fallen resulting in minor bumps and bruises, the company said.
