A shady-seeming businessman approaches the family with a pitch to bring superheroes back into the sunlight - and it's Elastigirl they want. Mrs.

The sneak peek of the film that comes out June 15 aired on NBC during the Winter Olympics telecast on Valentine's Day.

Unlike the first Incredibles movie, which was released way back in 2004, this new installment will see a new member of the Parr family will be taking the lead. Mr.

Disney first announced The Incredibles 2 in May 2014, but it wasn't until July 2017 that some fans got their first look at the project. Her husband Bob Parr/Mr.

Notably, Pixar has also shared a couple of new posters for the upcoming film which shows the Parr family's superhero costumes getting washed and ready. Incredible's stay-at-home-dad skills. After all, somebody has to stay at home with little Jack-Jack now that his powers have emerged.

Incredibles 2 also stars Sarah Vowell and Huck Milner as Violet and Dash Parr, Samuel L Jackson as Lucius Best / Frozone, Sophia Bush as Voyd, Jonathan banks as Rick Dicker and Brad Bird himself as familiar scene-stealer Edna Mode. It seems Mr. Incredible is going to have an amazingly tough time keeping up with little Jack-Jack.

Holly Hunter, Craig T Nelson, Sarah Vowell, Samuel L Jackson and John Ratzenberger all return as Elastigirl, Mr Incredible, Violet, Frozone and The Underminer, respectively but 24-year-old Spencer Fox had to be replaced by Huck Milner as the young Dash.

Once again written and directed by Brad Bird (who won an Oscar for the first one), "Incredibles 2" promises to reveal baby Jack-Jack's budding superpowers.
