"Turns out you can not lose the 61 lbs you gained during pregnancy by just scrolling through instragram and wondering why you do not look like all the bikini models". While it took her ten months to gain the pounds, Lively took a slow and steady 14 months to work it off.

There's much to love about Blake Lively: whether it's her wicked sense of humour-particularly when it comes to trolling her husband, Ryan Reynolds-or her cute-as-a-button kids, Lively manages to combine cool-girl with relatable.

Lively demonstrated a similarly realistic attitude following the first of her eldest daughter, James. She wrote: "Thanks Don Saladino for kicking my A double S into shape".

Blake Lively isn't going to put a pretty filter on it.

Saladino also helped Lively get back into shape after she gave birth to daughter James, who was born three years ago.

Lively's body confidence come nearly two years after she voiced her opinions on the "unfair" expectations on women's post-pregnancy bodies. "I did no gluten and no soy", she explained. She told "Live with Kelly" in 2016 of her it body, "I don't look like that in real life".

We've become so accustomed to seeing models and actresses take to the red carpet in sample-size couture just weeks after giving birth that it doesn't even register as unusual anymore.

"You've made me the father of my dreams when I thought I only had fun uncle potential". In 2016, she shared her struggles with Australian radio station KIIS 1065. "I don't regret a single kilo or sausage roll and I know when the time comes to get fit and be back in shape, I'll be able to do it", Hall said.
