Arsenal fans will be delighted to hear that new signing Mkhitaryan is already making a huge impression on the training ground after it emerged that the Armenian has been staying behind after every session to help strengthen partnerships with the likes of Pierre Emerick Aubameyang and Alexandre Lacazette.

January signings Aubameyang and his former Dortmund team-mate Henrikh Mkhitaryan both excelled against Everton, the Armenia worldwide recording three assists after moving to Emirates Stadium as part of a swap deal with Manchester United for Alexis Sanchez.

Pulisic is part of the Dortmund squad that was warned by CEO Hans-Joachim Watzke not to follow Aubameyang's example in "withholding" performances in order to force a move. Wenger asked in his pre-match press conference.

Ahead of the North London derby on Saturday afternoon, pictures of Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Henrikh Mkhitaryan holding a rather interesting shirt has emerged online.

"One before the [winter] break and one after the break".

"So maybe he was not ready physically to perform at his best, but I don't believe that he didn't want to perform". So he played only one game at home, where they played a 2-2. What you want is for everyone to be focused to win the game.

'We are in the middle of the season, why would these guys not repeat those kinds of performances?' "He told me all was done and of course it was a big factor in coming here".

"I'm not surprised by that - to me, it's completely normal".
