England have unleashed their new kit which will they will hope inspire them to World Cup glory in Russian Federation this summer.

If World Cup kits are a competition - then Nigeria & Nike have thrown down a flaming hot entry to take the whole comp out in one foul swoop.

The design itself pays subtle homage to the "96 gold medal winning 'Dream Team", with eagle inspired black and white sleeves and green torso.

In the video we see captain Jon Mikel Obi, Wilfred Ndidi, Alex Iwobi and Kelechi Iheanacho admire the jerseys.

Nigerian singer Wizkid was also part of the party.

While reviewing the designs, Mikel said: "I can see the players going insane over this one".

Iwobi as well as Lateef Omodiji and his sister Sophia, who are yet to feature for Nigeria at any age-grade level, were the Nigerian players at the ceremony who modeled in the new Super Eagles jerseys.

England have launched their new World Cup kit, but FA bosses will not announce how much it costs until next month.

It's fair to say that Nike's designs and templates over the last couple of years haven't exactly gone down well but the latest England strips are proving very popular.

A further nod to history comes in the form of the fact that both kits contain an English rose, St.George's cross and the traditional Three Lions crest.
