Quavo has another brush with the law.

The incident allegedly took place after the Grammys, when Quavo was hanging out everyone's favorite hot spot in NYC, 1Oak. He claims the incident occurred at NY club 1Oak at 4:30 a.m. on Monday morning, after a discussion about money Quavo allegedly owes Eric went left.

Eric told the officers he was jumped by Quavo and another man who was partying with the group - a man that TMZ insiders confirmed wasn't Offset or Takeoff. Eric the Jeweler who has designed jewelry pieces for artists like Snoop Dogg, 50 Cent, French Montana, reported the incident to NYPD on Tuesday.

In addition to being attacked, sources say that the victim fled the club immediately with minor injuries to the face. "A complaint report for Robbery was filed for an incident that occurred on January 29, 2018 at approximately 0430 hours at [1Oak]", she wrote. NYPD reportedly wants to talk to each member of Migos as well as their manager.

We've reached out to a rep for Migos. They also want to review security cam footage from 1Oak. In April 2015, police stopped a Migos concert at Georgia Southern University and arrested all three members of the group, as well as several members of their entourage.
