The New England quarterback said early Monday he's reconsidering whether to continue a long-running weekly radio appearance with the station.

WEEI issued a statement Monday apologizing to Brady, his daughter Vivian, his family and the Patriots for Reimer's comment. Reimer was on Thursday discussing the inaugural episode of the Brady documentary Tom vs. "Time" aired, according to the New York Post.

Brady says, "It's very disappointing when you hear that certainly with my daughter or any child". I know I'm a little bit older than most of the other guys, but I'm really enjoying it.

Reimer has been suspended indefinitely from the radio station. Before appearing on "Kirk & Callahan", Brady said when asked about the incident that he hoped Reimer did not get fired.

Hours later at the Super Bowl media night, he said he hadn't thought about whether he will conduct interviews with the station in the future, as his focus has been on Super Bowl LII. So I'm just trying to protect it the best way I can. I never stayed away from criticism.

"For example, if someone at the grocery store says your kid is too loud, Gilboa suggests something like, 'I understand this looks like a bad moment, but I trust that my kid can calm himself down when he's ready'".

"That's how I felt", he said. I just think that's how I approach it.

Don't get it twisted - Gurley told TMZ Sports the WEEI radio personality was outta line for blasting Tom's 5-year-old girl. but at the same time, he doesn't think the QB's losing much sleep over it. But I certainly don't think that my children or anybody else's children deserve to be in that.

Last week, Entercom, which is WEEI's parent company, announced a multiyear partnership extension with the Patriots, ESPN reported.

"Mike's a great friend, and he'll be a great head coach", Brady said.

Brady will sure be blasting his tunes to center himself leading up to the Super Bowl on Sunday (Feb. 4), when the Patriots will face off against the Philadelphia Eagles.
