A woman who claims she was raped by two Ireland rugby players is expected to give evidence at their trial today.

The woman, aged 19 at the time, who can not be named to protect her identity, was initially questioned by lead prosecution barrister Toby Hedworth QC about the events prior to her ending up in the bedroom of Jackson's south Belfast home on 28 June 2016.

The former student was giving evidence at Belfast Crown Court where the pair, both Ulster and Ireland rugby players, Jackson (26) from Oakleigh Park in Belfast, and 24-year old Olding, from Ardenlee Street, deny the rape charge. Olding is alleged to have orally raped her. On the evening of June 27th 2016, he said she went to Ollie's nightclub at the Merchant Hotel in Belfast where she went to the VIP section with some friends.

Throughout proceedings the four defendants, who arrived at court separately, sat alongside each other in the dock.

All deny the charges against them.

Two other men are also standing trial for charges connected with the alleged incident.

The prosecution claims this happened at a party in Mr Jackson's house in Belfast where he and Mr Olding engaged in sexual activity with a young woman against her wishes.

Stuart Olding arrives at court in Belfast on January 30, 2018 accused of raping a woman.

She made a decision to go with them to a party at Jackson's home and at some stage during the night she and Jackson went upstairs to his bedroom.

She chose to leave the party but went back to Jackson's bedroom to retrieve her hand bag.

"He had not in any way sought her consent and indeed had used force to achieve his aim", Mr Hedworth said.

Blane McIlroy arrives at Belfast Laganside courts accused of one count of indecent exposure relating to the case.

When asked by Mr Hedworth if Jackson said anything, she answered: "No". He is then alleged to have entered the room.

"I look at Patrick Jackson straight in the eyes and said 'please no, not him as well".

Mr Hedworth said as Jackson continued to have sex with her from behind, Olding forced her to perform oral sex on him.

She said she thought she was going to be filmed as lots of pictures had been taken down the stairs.

'He said 'you f***ed the other guys, why won't you f*** me?' The complainant said that Jackson asked her did she want to "join in".

She said she didn't follow rugby, had never been to an Ulster rugby match and had only met Jackson once, briefly in a social setting. He said Mr Jackson was having vaginal sex with her. The only way you take the power back is when you actually do something about it.

While a fourth man, Rory Harrison from Manse Road in Belfast, is accused of trying to cover up what happened.

She said that after already telling him she did not want to do anything with him, he grabbed her pants by the waistband and pulled them down to her knees. They went to a pre-drinks party at a house, where she had one and half large glasses of wine. She needed it to call a taxi. Mr. Hedworth said he anticipated the taxi driver would say that she was "very upset".

Setting out the case, the prosecutor added: 'Effectively, this group of friends were keen to have sexual activity with this young woman, regardless of whether or not she was prepared to do so.

At 11.17am Mr. Olding texts: "we are all top shaggers" and adds "there was a bit of spit roasting going on last night fellas".

Subsequently he claimed they kissed and lay on his bed that night and she undid his pants and performed oral sex on him, but he said they didn't have vaginal sex because he didn't have a condom.

But she also expressed reluctance to go to police, saying: "Thing is I would report it if I knew they would get done".
