- A Florida man was arrested for driving under the influence after pulling up to a drive-thru window at a bank and trying to order a burrito.

The branch manager of the Mariner Boulevard bank said they saw Douglas Jon Francisco passed out in his blue Hyundai sedan while it sat in the drive-up bank lane, according to the Hernando County Sheriffs Office. One problem - he was at a bank drive-thru - not Taco Bell. The manager of the bank confirmed that Francisco was the same driver who he had called about. He drove away from the drive-thru once he was told he was not at Taco Bell.

Claussen identified Francisco as the man he had encountered in the drive-thru, and said he had to pound on the auto window "for some time" to get him to wake up. When deputies arrived, they said they found Francisco in the drivers seat, the auto still running.

Deputies found Francisco still in the bank parking lot in Spring Hill, sitting in a blue Hyundai with the engine running, according to TV station WTSP, also in Tampa bay.

According to the arrest report, Francisco made several unusual statements to deputies. Deputies said his responses during a field sobriety test "were slow in a way that was consistent with someone on prescription narcotics", WTSP reported.

Francisco was also found to be carrying Oxycodone and Xanax at the time of his arrest, but had prescriptions for both.

Jail records show Francisco was booked into the Hernando County Detention Center around 5:30 p.m. Wednesday and released Thursday afternoon on a $500 bond.
