Their work together in You Don't Know Jack most-likely led to the artists working again together on Paterno.

Paterno is slated to premiere on HBO in the spring of 2018.

"Paterno" will focus around the events that led to the downfall of disgraced Penn State football head coach Joe Paterno amid the Jerry Sandusky scandal which almost landed the death penalty for the program.

HBO has released the first teaser trailer of "Paterno" (previously known as "Happy Valley"), a TV movie about former Penn State head football coach Joe Paterno.

Paterno was sacked by Penn State in November 2011, shortly after a grand jury report was released detailing some of Sandusky's abuse.

While the initial look made our jaw drop, the teaser trailer for "Paterno" dropped Friday, and it will give you chills. Barry Levinson won an Oscar for directing "Rain Man".

Paterno died six years ago of lung cancer. He knew there were rumors.

'But a guy like Paterno, he's like an emperor, he's like a king. "And I think this is a character who's used to control". Al Pacino plays the titular Joe Paterno, a beloved football coach whose reputation bordered on idolatry in the small college town of Happy Valley.

"I think at the end of the day there will be people who believe (Paterno knew about the abuse) and there will be people who don't", Levinson told the critics group, Indiwire reported.
