He tweeted: '@British_Airways hi being held at Iceland Keflavik airport because I had no baggage put all the clothes on and they still won't let me on.

The 15-second video also shows security officers asking him to turn off his camera, saying: "Do we need to call the police?"

In 2015, a member of the Scottish boyband Rewind reportedly became violently ill and fainted on a flight to London from Glasgow after he put on 12 layers of clothing to avoid check-in fees. However, he was refused a boarding pass by the staff in Iceland.

But it turned out, bundling up didn't get him on the flight, either.

Williams posted on Twitter that he believed what took place happened due to "racial profiling".

Although he was not aboard the flight, Williams said his belongings were flown to England. One agent holds up a finger and threatens to call the police, telling Williams he wasn't allowed to film them.

A British Airways spokeswoman told The Washington Post that customers who book "hand baggage only fares" can choose to pay a fee at the airport if they end up needing an extra bag.

A spokesperson for British Airways told Sun Online: "We give our customers a wide range of fares to choose from to meet their needs".

"We explained our policy to our customer, and arranged an alternative flight to London", the spokesman said.

British Airways stated that Williams was being rude to staff which is why he was arrested.

When he talked to EasyJet social media team, the carrier said the captain of the flight took the decision to offload Hawaii as the captain was made aware of the incident involving him the previous day.

"My sister-in-law booked my flight because I was flat broke from being homeless in Iceland", he claims.

Williams later posted images of a direct message exchange with an easyJet representative, who told him the captain had chose to "offload" him based on the British Airways incident from the day before.

He later claimed EasyJet refunded him on the third attempt at leaving.
