"Mr. Lee categorically denies these false and despicable allegations and he fully intends to fight to protect his stellar good name and impeccable character", the attorney told Buzzfeed in a statement. The sexual harassment incident is said to have taken place when Lee was attending The Chicago Comic & Entertainment Expo (C2E2).

Meanwhile, another rep for the new nursing company caring for Lee said he has been "polite, kind and respectful" to their staff. When the behavior eventually got back to the owner of the nursing company, the source noted that the owner said "enough was enough".

She alleges that she arrived to give him a massage only to find him and his manager Max Anderson intoxicated. During the massage, she stated that Lee groped her several times and wanted a happy ending.

'She claims Stan was out of control, he groped her and asked her for sex which the woman refused. She made a complaint to his people and apparently has demanded money, there's been a lot of meetings about it behind the scenes'. In addition, he has acted on some of those desires despite objections by the nurses, leading to the current situation he's embroiled in-a legal dispute with the company that hires the nurses, which could lead to a lawsuit. "Instead, Mr. Lee has received demands to pay money and threats that if he does not do so, the accuser will go to the media".

Lee is now the chairman emeritus of Marvel, and deeply involved with the development of projects for his company POW!

The allegation is the latest to hit Lee and comes after DailyMail.com revealed he as been hit with several allegations of sexual assault and harassment by nurses caring for him at his Hollywood Hills home.

Sources told the Mail that Lee enjoys walking around the house naked and uses vulgar language to describe his desires to the nurses.

However, through his personal lawyer Tom Lallas, Stan Lee has once again categorically denied the allegation by the masseuse and is claiming this is another attempt at extorting money or a "shake down" as reported by Daily Mail.

"I have no comment except that I have not asserted any legal claim against Mr".
