Us Weekly reported the 25-year-old singer purged almost 300 people from her account Saturday and is now following just 37 accounts. After her breakup with The Weeknd, the two have been hanging out a lot lately and they are giving love another shot.

An insider says that things could get ugly between the singers' moms, adding that Teefey wants to knock some sense into Mallette and let her know that their kids are better off apart.

Her on/off friend, Demi Lovato, didn't make the cut, giving rise to speculation of another fall out.

If anything fans should be excited that Selena is rehauling her IG because typically when stars do that it means a new project is on the way.

However, a certain few did make it through, with BFF Taylor Swift securing her spot on herded, as well as Amy Schumer, Jessica Alba, and Selena's best friend and kidney donor Francia Raisia.

We're keeping an eye on Gomez's Instagram acccount, don't worry. She changed her main profile photo to her mother, Mandy Teefey, along with her bio info.

The "Fetish" singer, who reactivated the account shortly after, shared a heartfelt photo via the account on Sunday, January 7, showing her outside her childhood home in Texas. I love you Grand Prairie.

Demi Lovato and Gomez have had a tumultuous friendship.

According to a new report, Gomez and Bieber, who have been lovingly referred to as "Jelena" by their fans for the past several years, are madly in love with each other just months into their highly publicized reunion. Her mother, Mandy Teefey was voluntarily hospitalized after she reportedly got into a fight with her famous daughter about being romantically involved again with Justin Bieber, according to TMZ.

As the outlet explained, Gomez and Bieber have spent plenty of time with each other in the months since they reconciled. A source told the site: "It's been a stressful time for Mandy and she made the decision herself to go to the hospital and make sure everything was okay". The mother and daughter unfollowed each other on Instagram, and a source told People they're not now on speaking terms.
