With two highly successful phones launched in 2017, OnePlus is looking to broaden its reach in 2018. This top-end chip featuring in the phone is pretty impressive when you consider that the OnePlus remit is offering high-spec alternatives to the competition at lower prices.

Note that OnePlus isn't saying that they won't, but rather they are unsure if they will. In its first year of existence, the company had followed the invitation system for manufacturing smartphones without incurring any losses.

The Snapdragon 845 was announced in December past year, and Samsung is expected to be the first to use the new processor for its Galaxy S9. It might. An apt example that a Chinese company can secure partnerships with U.S. carriers is ZTE. There have been no credible renders or leaks of the device that we can talk of, but it could be a 6-inch Quad HD AMOLED panel this time around. OnePlus 5T seemed more than just an incremental update.

Will the USA government's goodwill extend to OnePlus? It now remains to be seen how soon can OnePlus roll-out the Face Unlock feature to OnePlus 3 and 3T. The device brought OnePlus back to the competition with current flagships. However, the lack of Optical Image Stabilization is felt while using the phone to capture photos or videos.

Undeterred over the failed business opportunity, Huawei has announced that it will continue to sell phones and plans to release the flagship phone Mate 10 Pro later this month, but consumers have to pay full price to buy the product. However, the Chinese company still hasn't hit major mainstream success in the United States. We not only expect a Quad HD panel but also more finely curved design in terms of bezels. The device comes with 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage and is priced at Rs 37,999. While OnePlus has been generous enough to have a 128GB variant, we would appreciate a microSD card slot on the next flagship.
