Andy Carroll starts for West Ham United

David Moyes says West Ham's Premier League status takes precedence over FA Cup Call it off, urge Albion

Only three clubs have endured longer runs without a victory in the Premier League: Derby (32), Sunderland (26) and Norwich (21).

Stoke's under-pressure boss Mark Hughes has insisted Allen is not for sale and he will certainly not want to lose one of his most influential players to one of the club's main rivals in the bottom half of the Premier League table.

The Derry native was heavily criticised on Sunday following West Brom's 1-1 draw with Arsenal after he came on as a substitute with 20 minutes to go and scored an own goal.

West Ham's televised game at Tottenham was moved from Sunday to Thursday because of safety concerns with the tube stations around Wembley at reduced capacity on New Year's Eve.

But Albion's complaints have fallen on deaf ears and manager Alan Pardew has made his feelings known. "But I don't think it can be where we can damage our league season." he continued.

Moyes' men pressed on for a possible victor, but nearly were caught by the Baggies own thoughts of securing a shock three points, as Angelo Ogbonna had to perfectly get right his tackle from behind on substitute Olivier Burke's clear run on goal.

"Of course I am making changes. Theres some players who wont be able to cope with that", he said. "Matty Phillips for example - I wouldn't take Matty Phillips off (against Arsenal) if I didn't have West Ham". Could the Premier League have managed things better?

"As the fixture had already been selected for live United Kingdom broadcast, it was moved to the next available date, which is in line with normal practice".
