Talking to MensXP, a source privy to the details revealed: "Not many people have been invited, as it is a really small function". According to sources, the wedding celebrations will be conducted from December 9 to December 12 in Itlay.

Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma's wedding is the talk of the cricketing and entertainment industry.

On 22nd November, Anushka Sharma had applied for her visa (short-term tourist category) in Mumbai and on 24th November it was processed, the report says. From cricket fraternity, only Sachin and Yuvraj will be seen, if they make it to the wedding. From Virat Kohli's end, Sachin Tendulkar and Yuvraj Singh have been invited.

Virat's childhood coach Rajkumar Sharma, who is also the coach of the Under-23 Delhi team, has excused himself from a crucial match on December 7, citing a wedding, which he addressed to be of his nephew's.

Notably, Kohli also requested rest from the upcoming limited-overs leg of Sri Lanka series, thereby adding fuel to speculations about the marriage. The source also revealed that everything was planned 3-4 months ago and it was the Panditji who wanted to keep the wedding in December.

The Indian team will tour South Africa and now in a new development, it is being said that "Jab Tak Hai Jaan" fame Anushka Sharma will accompany Indian captain Virat Kohli in the South Africa, as per reports in the Deccan Chronicle. Moreover, the guru of Anushka's family Maharaj Anant Baba has too flown down to Italy.
