Additionally, the lawsuit claims that the yacht was owned by wealthy tech investor Lester Waters, and that the party was attended by many young gay men. The plaintiff was 17 at the time.

Guzman claims that Singer forced him to perform oral sex on him and that the director then forcibly performed it on Guzman.

In 1997, a 14-year-old extra accused Singer in a lawsuit of asking him and other minors to film a nude shower scene for the film "Apt Pupil".

During the party, Singer lured Cesar into a room and allegedly demanded he perform oral sex.

After the incident, Singer is reported to have both threatened and intimidated Sanchez-Guzman in order to ensure his silence.

"Later, Bryan Singer approached Cesar and told him that he was a producer in Hollywood and that he could help Cesar get into acting as long as Cesar never said anything about the incident", the three claim document adds.

Guzman says he suffered emotional distress, mental anguish, and physical and mental pain.

In April 2014, Michael Egan claimed Singer raped him in 1999, when he was a teenager, and forced him to do cocaine. Singer allegedly also warned Sanchez-Guzman that if he came forward with his story, he would not be believed, and that Singer had the resources to ruin him.

Singer, through a representative, categorically denied Guzman's claims in a statement to TMZ.

Reports had surfaced that Singer, 52, had been absent from the set in recent weeks, forcing production to shut down last Friday, according to The Hollywood Reporter. Prior to his dismissal, Twentieth Century Fox reportedly received multiple complaints about Singer's unprofessional behaviour, with Jim Beach briefly quitting the film and star Rami Malek getting into a heated altercation with the director. Egan later withdrew the lawsuit. "Those claims were dismissed by Egan himself, and he later went to Federal prison for lying in a fraud case".
