Three days later, Haskell reported Moon's behavior-the dress code, sleeping arrangements, touching, and unwanted sexual advances-to the company's CEO, David Melzer, according to the lawsuit.

The lawsuit was filed Monday in Orange County Superior Court. When he retired in 2000, he held the record for most passing yards in history, NFL and CFL combined, and is one of the few men in both leagues' Hall of Fame. Haskill is accusing him of requiring her to sleep in the bed with him on road trips, along with slipping a drug into her drink and pulling down her bathing suit top in October, and also grabbing her crotch on a different trip, according to The Washington Post's Craig Whitlock. Her job, which she claimed she was demoted from after complaining about Moon's misconduct, required her to travel with Moon to events on a regular basis.

Moon is now in his 13th season as a game analyst on the Seahawks' radio team.

Moon's accuser is a woman who was previously employed by the former player's sports marketing company, Sports 1 Marketing (creative name...) based in Irvine, California.

After a sterling career at the University of Washington, Moon became a pro football legend for his productivity as well as his longevity.

Former Houston Oilers quarterback Warren Moon is accused of sexually harassment and assault by his executive assistant in a lawsuit.

Moon played parts of 17 seasons in the National Football League with four teams: the Houston Oilers, the Minnesota Vikings, the Seattle Seahawks and the Kansas City Chiefs.

The full lawsuit, which was obtained by USA Today, made multiple allegations of sexual harassment against Moon.

Moon was accused of striking his then wife, Felicia Moon, on the head with an open hand and choking her to the point that she nearly lost consciousness before she escaped from the couple's home in July 1995.

"She was expecting to further her career in the sports marketing industry", Fitzgerald added.

Hall of Famer and Seattle Seahawks radio analyst, Warren Moon, has requested a leave of absence from the broadcast team.

"Whenever Ms. Haskell expressed reservations about these outrageous "job duties", Moon insisted this was "just the way it is", and threatened Ms. Haskell that unless she was "comfortable" with him, he'd "find someone else who was". They divorced in 2001.
