CBS All Access has seen quite a bit of success over the past six months with the launch of 'Star Trek: Discovery' to fanfare and critical success alike. A film, starring Dan Aykroyd and Albert Brooks, based on The Twilight Zone was released in 1983 and the series went on to inspire and influence other pop culture as well - Netflix's Black Mirror taking a lot of pages out of The Twilight Zone's book.

Director and actor Peele will serve as executive producer on this third revival, alongside Simon Kinberg, best known for his work on the X-Men franchise.

Joining them as executive producers will be Marco Ramirez, Win Rosenfeld and Audrey Chon.

CBS All Access subscribers can watch anything that CBS has to offer, like local market National Football League games, and exclusive All Access shows like "Star Trek: Discovery" and the newest addition to the lineup: A reboot of "The Twilight Zone: with "Get Out" director Jordan Peele as an executive producer". The project will be produced by Peele's production company, Monkeypaw Productions.

Serling, who was born in Syracuse and grew up in Binghamton, created and hosted the original "The Twilight Zone" that ran from 1959 to 1964 on CBS.

Simon Kinberg said in a statement that 'The Twilight Zone was a touchstone in [his] life, ' and that 'the opportunity to continue its lineage is a dream come true'. It had a brief reboot in 2002 for one season with talks on-and-off over the last decade to revive the series again as a television series or new feature film.

You'll need a CBS All Access subscription to watch the show; rather than through cable, you'll get access to the episodes over the Internet through the streaming platform. Ramirez is repped by UTA.
