Baffling videos have taken the world by storm, people seemingly walking in mid-air by stepping over an invisible box. Olivar's video follows another from August from a football player in Indiana.

Her "invisible box" trick set the internet on fire and now our favourite viral cheerleader has returned with a second act in her incredible magic show.

The trick, which is performed by jumping with one foot while keeping the other still to replicate a "stepping" action, has gained mass online popularity. She appears to defy gravity by putting one foot on an "invisible box" and then stepping over the box.

"The video was my third time trying it", she wrote on Twitter. I just keep the leg in the same exact spot.

"It is actually kind of challenging keeping it there".

Called the "Invisible Box Challenge", it involves normal people like you and us to pretend to step on a non-existent box with one foot and then leap over it with the other foot.

However, many Internet users have been left dazed and confused wondering how the trick actually works.

"All his hip stabilizers on the right side are firing on overtime to hold that hip in position", Men's Health fitness editor Ebenezer Samuel said of Hines' video.

"You'll notice [the] body rotates towards the leg on the "step" as well".

Other recent popular challenges include the "Ice Bucket Challenge", "Planking Challenge" and the "Cinnamon Challenge".
