Next month Mc Donald's is ought to unveil on its new value for this New Year, which will be including a debut of new chicken sandwich. On Tuesday, the chain announced a $1 $2 $3 Dollar Menu.

"We built this new menu with variety and value firmly in mind", says Chris Kempczinski, president, McDonald's United States of America, in a statement.

Peter Saleh, a managing director of financial-services firm BTIG, said that, "McDonald's philosophy is they don't need to win on value, but they can't lose on value, either". The lineup, set to go live on January 4, includes items such as chicken tenders, sodas, triple cheeseburgers and the Egg McMuffin. To battle the fast food price war McDonald's has chose to introduce a new menu with food items priced at $1, $2 and $3 early next year. The $1 $2 $3 Dollar Menu has three price points built around customization.

The new offering, which will run alongside McDonald's regular menu at restaurants, is a balancing act for the Golden Arches. The replacement "Dollar Menu & More" had greater prices, but had failed to draw in more customers despite heavy promotions and marketing.

To start off in 4 Jan, Mc Donald's will be launching its Dollar Menu for $1, $2, and $3 at various locations worldwide, replacing one of its item called the "McPick 2". Elaborating on the same, he said, Bob Goldin remarked on the contrary, saying, "They are really killing it with dollar beverages and the McPick 2,","The strategy is not without risks, and that rising food and labor costs could squeeze franchisees who bear the brunt of such cost increases".
