The amusing gift was The Terrific Ten, a comic book that Kimmel drew when he was nine year's old. "Because we were created by a weird, sad kid, who later grew to be a weird, fat man". West also called Kimmel "out of line" and said, "I like you, you know me, I went to your family's wedding".

As the heroes come to the realization that their superpowers aren't so super (villainous sidekick Wanda Sykes is a box of bleach, for example), Damon gets in a dig in at Kimmel.

The segment usually consists of celebrities reading Twitter's most evil comments about themselves, but this time it was Jimmy's turn.

While most celebrities read tweets from the public, Kim exposed one from her husband Kanye West, which was posted during Ye's feud with the birthday boy back in September 2013.

Kimmel and West had engaged in a Twitter fight after the late-night host mocked a rambling interview West gave to the BBC.

Letterman couldn't help but be the subject of his own mean tweet as he read, "Jimmy Kimmel is not amusing".

Do you like Kimmel's "Mean Tweets" segment? "Oh no, that means you would have gotten too much good p-- in your life".

"Jimmy's infatuation with David Letterman was boundless and borderline psychotic", Clooney said as he attempted to detail the host's road to stardom.

Some of the funniest tweets included, "Is Jimmy Kimmel cross-eyed or just ridiculously ugly?" and "Your job is to pollute the airwaves with your worthless bullshit".
