Originally, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 was priced at ₹10,999 and ₹12,999 for the 3 GB RAM and 32 GB storage and the 4 GB RAM and 64 GB storage variant now retails for ₹9,999 and ₹11,999 only. Xiaomi has mentioned that it is a permanent price cut, making the device that much more alluring to buyers.
The device was launched at Rs 9,999 for 2GB RAM + 32GB internal storage, Rs 10,999 for 3GB RAM + 32GB internal storage and Rs 12,999 for 4GB RAM + 64GB internal storage. Starting from today until November 15, the smartphone will be available at the discounted price via Flipkart and Mi.com. It is yet to be seen whether the Redmi Note 4 being sold via offline stores like Xiaomi's own Mi Homes will be subject to a similar price cut. Now the company is slashing the prices of the lineup permanently with two variants getting Rs 1000 discounts.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 offers a 5.5-inch FHD 1080p IPS LCD screen, protected by 2.5D curved tempered glass on the top, which gives a premium look.
For imaging, there is a 13MP autofocus f2.0 rear camera on the phone with a 5MP f2.0 selfie camera on the front. The Redmi Note 4 is further backed by a 4,100mAh battery. Redmi Note 4 has also started getting the MIUI 9 Global build from Xiaomi in India, though this is still on Android Nougat. But that's not all, to make the deal even sweeter Flipkart is also giving additional offers on the Redmi Note 4. Other offers include a Buyback Guarantee offer which allows the users to exchange the phone and get the exchange price on the new device. If you've waiting to upgrade to a new mid-range phone for some time, this is a good opportunity.
